Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and services of Pest Control Pattaya, a trading brand of ENVEO THAI COMPANY LIMITED. By using our website or services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Services

Pest Control Pattaya provides pest control services to residential and commercial properties in Pattaya and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to pest inspections, treatment, prevention, and ongoing maintenance programs.

Service Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment with us, we will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, due to the nature of pest control work, there may occasionally be delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate a significant delay.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or "no shows" may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand. We accept cash and bank transfers only. For ongoing service contracts, monthly, quarterly, or annual prepayment options are available.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer service guarantees for many of our treatments. The specific terms of these guarantees vary by service type and will be explained to you before treatment begins. If pests return during the guarantee period, we will return to retreat at no additional cost, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective pest control, we cannot be held liable for:

Pre-existing damage caused by pests before our treatment
Infestations that occur after our service due to new pest entry or customer failure to follow recommended prevention measures
Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products if you have not informed us of these conditions
Damage to property occurring during normal service operations that was not due to negligence on our part

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective pest control, customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the pest problem
Following preparation instructions before treatment
Implementing recommended prevention measures
Allowing access to all areas requiring treatment
Keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the recommended period
