1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is the privacy policy of Pest Control Pattaya, a trading brand of ENVEO THAI COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through pestcontrolpattaya.com, our Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp, LINE, phone, email and on-site services.

We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) and applicable platform terms, including the Meta Platform Terms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information, either directly from you or automatically:

• Contact and identity data you provide: name, phone number, email address, LINE or WhatsApp ID, and service address.
• Service data: property type, pest problem description, photos you send, inspection notes, quotes, invoices and service history.
• Messages: the content of inquiries sent through our website form, email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or LINE.
• Data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp): when you interact with our Page or message us, we may receive your public profile name, profile picture, platform-scoped user ID and the messages or lead form answers you choose to send us.
• Automatically collected technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, pages visited, referring page, and date and time of visits.
• Cookie data: see Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information and Why

We use personal data only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and messages (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• To schedule inspections, provide pest control services, issue quotes, invoices and service certificates (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To send service reminders, such as termite refill or follow-up visits, related to services you have received (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To send promotional messages, only where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it (legal basis: consent for analytics cookies).
• To keep accounting and tax records and comply with Thai law (legal basis: legal obligation).
• To protect our website and systems against fraud and abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest).

4. Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp (Meta Platform)

If you contact us through a Meta product, we use the data received from Meta only to reply to you, manage your service request and keep a record of our communication. We do not sell data received from Meta, do not use it to build profiles for unrelated purposes, and do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Data received from Meta is accessed only by our staff who handle customer inquiries and is stored with the protections described in Section 8.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf: website hosting (Netlify), email delivery (Resend), messaging platforms (Meta, LINE), and Google services (Maps, Business Profile, analytics where consented).
• Government authorities where required by law.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and auditors, under confidentiality obligations.

Some providers may process data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's contractual and security safeguards as permitted under the PDPA.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies required for the website to work. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings or your browser settings.

7. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, including data received through Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp:

• Email info@pestcontrolpattaya.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or message us on LINE, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, or call 099 272 8323.
• Tell us your name and the phone number, email or social media account you used to contact us, so we can find your records.
• We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, then notify you.
• To remove our access to your Facebook data, you can also go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites and remove our app or business integration.
• We may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as tax invoices, and will tell you if this applies.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep inquiry messages for up to 2 years after our last contact, and customer service and accounting records for the period required by Thai law (generally 5 to 10 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to staff who need the data, and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Your Rights Under the PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion or anonymisation of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive or transfer your data to another provider
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
