What are the dangers of rodents? Well, they contaminate food, spread disease, and can also cause damage to the building itself (and wires). Often, it’s the noise of gnawing that first alerts homeowners to their presence. Whether under the house, in the roof, or in the walls, they can chew through electrical cables, conduits, plaster, ducting, and pipes without any problem. Sadly, the serious side effect of this is fires and water damage in many homes each year.
